'The Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Season 9 Recap: Cynthia Bailey Insists On Divorce From Peter Thomas Despite The Love

Fans of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" saw the emotional break-up of Cynthia Bailey and husband Peter Thomas during the show's Season 9 pilot episode aired last Sunday, Nov. 6. Bailey poured her heart out to Thomas when the two got the chance to talk face-to-face.

Bailey got all worked up when Thomas refused to be her emergency contact. She tearfully explained that going through a divorce is hard especially when Thomas has been her everything for the last eight years, according to People TV Watch. Bailey also confessed to still care for her estranged husband despite insisting on the divorce.

Meanwhile, the pilot episode also showed the Moore and Whitfield war, which is obviously far from being over. The anticipated clash of egos is definitely back on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 9. 

Kandi Burrus and husband Todd Tucker were seen savoring their being new parents to their precious baby, Ace. Potty-training is also on the horizon at five months old. They are certainly inexperienced, but the two seemed to be enjoying parenthood.

Phaedra Parks vowed not to date anyone else until her divorce from her husband Apollo is granted. She has resorted to hiring a governess who was basically more than a nanny for her two boys. Will she remain single since Apollo seems to be reluctant in granter her a divorce?

In other news, Porsha Williams was seen bluffing even to her therapist. She blamed her anger management issues to being bullied as a teen and being suicidal once in her life. The problem is, her crying stint looked so fake that it did not quite impress the psychiatrist, according to E-Online .
