'Wonder Woman' Release Date, Latest News & Update: DC Releases Official Trailer, Another Addition To Fans Movie List For 2017

Diana who is known as Wonder Woman played by Gal Gadot was first shown in the movie "Batman vs. Superman". Her appearance in the movie was not that long but fans got hint that soon there will a movie about "Wonder Woman" alone.

Months after the movie, news update was released that DC is starting to shoot the most awaited film. Viewers were not disappointed for they wanted Gal Gadot to play the role since it was fitting for her to be a woman superhero.

A bonus to all fans is that Chris Pine will play as wonder woman's love interest. It has been years that there is no woman superhero that was shown in a movie, and this year as DC releases the updates. Everyone was excited and can't wait until the movie will be shown.

The movie will focus on Diana, an Amazon Princess that will leave her homeland to help save the world. It just happened when a fighter pilot Chris Pine who will play the role as Steve Trevor crashed into the shore of Themyscria.

He was the only man who set foot in the island. With his help he informed the lady warriors that German soldiers are going to invade not only their homeland but also the world. Diana decided to come with him.

The Hollywood Reporter stated that the time setting of the film will feature the time before the movie "Batman vs. Superman" happened which is a long time ago. The face of Diana is still the same because as an immortal she has the privilege of not aging all through her life.

According to Yahoo, the movie is a flash back from the time Diana wanted to save the world. Such an ideal goal for a woman back in an era where woman of all ages, loves to dress up and fighting in the World War I is not a priority. This movie will enlighten us why Diana did not want to fight and save the World anymore.

A heartbreaking scene that destroys her goal may happen in here. Viewer's curiosity will unleash till the movie will be shown June 12, 2017.
