Eisendarth, the Exec. Producer of "The Blacklist" also added that at the end of Episode 7, Alexander has all reasons to believe that the result of the DNA test is fake. This is when asked if the result was indeed fake or legitimate.

Liz, one of the stars of "The Blacklist" is also torn to know who indeed is her real father. It was answered but still is surrounded by so much drama and confusion as the result may be tampered with and not real.
