'Blindspot' Season 2 Episode 9 News & Spoilers: FBI Mole To Be Uncovered; Kurt's Baby In Danger?

"Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 9 is set to air today and is expected to reveal the identity of the infamous FBI mole. The fate of Kurt and Allie's baby is also anticipated to be disclosed in the mid-season finale.

According to News Everyday, it is most likely that one of the characters will die in the upcoming episode that will likely keep the suspense level high. As far as "Blindspot" screenwriter Martin Gero is concerned, the ninth episode of Season 2 will be the most distressing episode in the entire history of the series. Gero expects the fans to be placed in a rollercoaster ride for Episode 9.

The trailer video for Episode 9 depicts Jane risking her own life to send information about Sandstorm's plan to attack. Her team will attempt to save Jane in the forthcoming episode.

Subsequently, Kurt is foreseeing the birth of his child with Allie. The baby will likely impact the development of Kurt's character greatly for the rest of "Blindspot" Season 2.

Meanwhile, the FBI mole is rumored to be no less than Nas Kamal who leads a division in NSA. The FBI placed its trust in Nas after one of her own at NSA transpired to be a sleeper agent for Sandstorm. However, Entertainment Weekly stressed that this could be what Gero wanted fans to believe to throw them off on who the mole really is.

The trailer for "Blindspot" Season 2 Episode 9 begins with Nas uttering how she has been chasing Sandstorm for the past six years. In a separate scene, Roman is seen pointing a gun at an anguished Jane, while Shepherd can be heard saying that it is time to say goodbye.

In the hospital, Kurt informed Zapanta that Allie got into an accident and that the condition of his baby is unknown. The clip ended with a message telling fans to await the last five minutes of Episode 9.
