Utah Woman Keen On Giving Affection To Special Children; Devoted Her Life To Them

Life is not just living; it's living with an objective. To understand the true meaning of life, it must be spent with a vision. People who sacrifice their comfort and ease for the sake of others are phenomenal and motivate others to follow their footsteps. Such a woman lives in UTAH, South Jordan.

According to People, Christie Jameson firmly believes that all kids deserve love and care of a home. She expressed that the idea of taking care of troubled children came from her childhood incident when her only brother hung himself with a rope. She was deeply affected and years later when she got married and became a mother of two children. She and her husband Alva decided to adopt children, and in the past thirty years 35 children were adopted, among those 26 were special children.

Christie said that these kids came to her themselves and she welcomed them with an open heart. She further told that whenever a child came to her, she felt she can accommodate one more. Some of the children had Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy and Fatal Alcohol Syndrome. She said that out of 35 children, 12 have passed away. Each death was hard on her, but giving them a happy life even if short, was the most important thing in her life.

Christie's biological daughter Kristin Jameson praised her mother's devotion and took after her. She is a special education teacher in Southern Arizona and says that more than any course, the time she had spent with her siblings is her real knowledge which came handy in her profession.

Yahoo also praised Christie's conviction and love for her children. Christie is not just worried about them at present, but she also wants to secure their future. She has put her home and life savings in a trust so that after she is no more, her children would still have the same love and care.
