"Sherlock Season 4," from the BBC with stars Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock Holmes) and Martin Freeman (Dr. John Watson), is getting trickier by the minute and Tom Hiddleston may be involved. While both denials and tease have been equally strong on Tom Hiddleston appearing as Sherrinford Holmes in Season 4, easter eggs in the recent BBC promo may have revealed casting confirmation as well as the title of Episode 3.

As Den Of Geek reports, the BBC released a puzzling tease for "Sherlock Season 4." At face value, the promotional image seemed to simply show how devastating Season 4 will be for Sherlock Holmes and his friends.

However, closer inspection by Radio Times suggests that the Season 4 image is rich with clues on things that await Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. Perhaps, fans who have been disheartened over recent denials that "Sherlock Season 4" will cast Tom Hiddleston as Sherrinford Holmes may have the most to gain in the media outlet's findings.

Drop dead in the center of the flood at 221-B Baker Street, between Sherlock Holmes and John Watson floats an old red book, face down. At the closer register, fans will see "Henry V" and William Shakespeare.

Radio Times proposes that this may be in reference to Tom Hiddleston playing Henry V in the BBC series "The Hollow Crown" where Benedict Cumberbatch played Richard III. This "Sherlock Season 4" easter egg may be a hint that Tom Hiddleston and Benedict Cumberbatch may be reuniting with the former playing, Sherrinford Holmes.

Two other clues in the "Sherlock Season 4" image caught the attention of Radio Times: the knife driven into a stack of papers and a floating Persian slipper. The media outlet suggests that this may indicate that "Sherlock Season 4" Episode 3 may be linked to "The Adventure of the Musgrave Ritual." Radio Times cites "The Musgrave Ritual" as a favorite of "Sherlock" co-creator and co-producer Mark Gatiss (Mycroft Holmes).
