'Uncharted 4' Latest News and Co-op Survival Mode Update: Set to Launch This Month, Find Out More about its Features and Gameplay

Naughty Dog revealed that Uncharted 4 co-op survival mode will be released within this month. It also announced some information about it.

Vinit Agarwal is the designer of Naughty Dog. He discussed the length of survival as footage of the horde like mode plays according to Gamespot. The players can be challenged by survival. They have to be progressive via 50 waves of opponents.

The game features various challenges that are broken up into 10 stages. Each stage has five waves. In this game, players are required to commit in some horde like modes as long as there are multiple hours available.

In order to play the Survival mode well, players must chunk it to make it more digestible. Players can clear each stage within 15 to 20 minutes. The Survival mode is not about killing all the enemies. It features five different types of objectives.

The survival type will kill everyone while Siege is about killing enemies on a certain location. The Treasure Race type requires players to collect treasure that has been distributed all over the map and the Marked Man type is about killing a particular target. The last type which is Boss Waves is about killing pirate ghosts. It also starts with an intro cinematic setting up the particular villain.

Henry Avery a pirate is also included. He can use the "Uncharted 4 "mystical abilities with specific uses and tactics. It is also playable on Survival online with other human characters or can be played by them as long as they have an AI buddy partner.

Survival is for free and it is not like other "Uncharted" expansions that players need to purchase. In "Uncharted" Survival mode, players will experience what it feels like to be part of a waved base combat according to Game Rant. The one player mode will allow gamers fight flooding enemies together with other players.
