‘Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty’ Free Multiplayer Expansion Out Now: The Biggest Update From 343 Industries; Includes A Gift For Players

The biggest DLC has been released for "Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty." There are a number of changes ad updates to the game. This is the 10th free expansion from 343 Industries. Read on to find out the details on what to expect for the DLC.

This is the biggest free update 343 Industries has ever developed and released for "Halo 5." The update comprises new weapons likes the grenade launcher previously in the "Halo: Reach," new warzones and warzone firefight maps, new game modes, and of course new changes in ranked and social playlists.

GameSpot reported that there are custom game browser and Observer modes that provide tough tools for watching custom games. These new modes will be tailored to the player's preference.

Also, "Halo 5: Guardians" DLC pack's custom browser will allow players the ability to locate and join-in-progress custom games (privacy settings can be used to keep matches private). Further, because of the custom browser's availability, "Halo 5" players will now have access to the Arena and Forge experience.

To give players more options, "Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty" separated the ranked and social playlists, according to HaloWayPoint. The snipers are also back in the game, which will be included in the ranked playlist, according to Science World Report.

Then, there is the recently included "Action Target" for "Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty." The new feature allows players to modify actions of up to 64 objects simultaneously. Also, it adds new conditions to the scripts and the ability to contain four actions per second.

Since "Halo 5" is also available in paid content, the "Voices of War Req" pack is now accessible. With a price tag of $10, you can get the pack that includes 3 new multiplayer announcers' voices, Nathan Fillion (voice of Edward buck), Yabda the Mercilles, and 031 Exuberant Witness.

In the spirit of the holiday season, every player will receive a Req pack. But this will only be allowed to be gifted to another player. An added feature of the "Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty," the ability to purchase gift for other players and friends.

The "Halo 5: Monitor's Bounty" custom browser feature is available on both Xbox One and PC platforms. "Halo 5: Guardians" is now available for Xbox One at $39.99.
