‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ Life-Size Baby Groot Toy Up For Pre-Order

Fans of the hit superhero film based on the Marvel Comic "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will be very happy to know that a life-size Baby Groot toy is already up for pre-order. The film isn't even out yet and fans are dying to have that cute and adorable character.

NECA unveiled the life-size Baby Groot toy last weekend. According to MovieWeb, the official NECA website reads: "Add some pint-sized protection to home or office with this life-size Groot replica from Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2!"

The cute little bugger stands at 10 inches. The life-size Baby Groot is made out of foam rubber and latex, per iO9 Gizmodo. The life-size Baby Groot toy is created using the same digital files used in the making of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2." He is hand-painted for a lifelike detail.

ComicBook noted that the life-size Baby Groot is available for pre-order. The adorable toy retails for $29.99 via BigBadToystore.

It is unfortunate though that he won't be arriving in time for the holiday as he makes a perfect gift regardless of the age. The life-size Baby Groot won't be in stores until April 2017.

Meanwhile, the sequel to the hit adventure film based on the Marvel Comic, "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," is set to hit theaters in the summer of 2017. The adventure of the guardians will continue as they face another villain out to take over the universe, aided by old foes who have become allies.
