‘Grand Theft Auto 5’ Online News & Updates: Rockstar’s Festive Surprise 2016 Live With New DLC And Gifts For Players

Rockstar Game's Festive Surprise 2016 has returned to "Grand Theft Auto 5" Online and is now live. This comes with a massive content boost, inclusive of brand new cars, and other presents for its players.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Rockstar Games has celebrated the holidays with new updates. They are gearing up to release even more for next year.

Also, the preceding Christmas events' content for "Grand Theft Auto" will return. This includes the return of Firework Launcher at Ammu-Nation and brand new festive items in stores across Los Santos. Players get to enjoy double RP and GTA$ in the brand new Turf Wars Adversary mode, triple RP if they participate in the Plummet, the latest premium stunt race, and 25% discount on select vehicles and real estate.

Express reported that the "Grand Theft Auto 5" Online new Bodysuits are up for grabs in clothing stores. Each item is equipped with illumination settings that will either glow, pulse, or flash.

The Santa and Gingerbread Man-themed masks are available and a reward of $50,000 is given to players who sell stolen vehicles from the recent Import/Export update, per GameSpot. Meanwhile, there will be snow on Christmas Eve on "Grand Theft Auto 5" Online. And two new car variant are available for purchase: the Truffade Nero and Nero Custom edition supercars. The fully upgraded Nero costs around $2,628,578, according to GameUp24. Plus, custom apartments and a selection of guns are at 25% off.
