The movie "Kong: Skull Island" finally reveals the origins of King Kong. The movie King Kong when it was first released in the 70s had a good following and are considered loyal followers. It should come as an exciting news for moviegoers that the new movie shows the interesting beginning of the King.

According to Movie Insider, the movie "Kong: Skull Island" begins as the team of diverse explorers is brought together to venture deep into the remote and uncharted island in the Pacific. As they explore, they are unaware that there is danger lying beneath the beauty of the island.

Here, there will soon discover that they have entered the territory of the mythic Kong. This is when the adventure begins, showcasing various visual effects to add to the excitement of the film.

The movie "Kong: Skull Island" is filmed across three continents in a little span of six months. The main shoot location however is in the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

The film moved from Universal Pictures to Warner Bros. Pictures in Sept. 2015. The expectation is future Kong movies may crossover with Godzilla films with which Warner owns the sequel rights. This was then confirmed during an announcement back on Oct. 14, 2015.
