"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 will surely end with a bang. With reports saying that the last "Pretty Little Liars" season will be bloodier and more intriguing, it won't be a shock for fans to know that a known evil "PLL" character has come back from the dead! If it's not enough, "Pretty Little Liars" can hope that rumors of a "PLL" Spin-off is true!

Guess who's back? "Pretty Little Liars" character, Cece Drake, that's who! It is confirmed that the "PLL" character Cece Drake/Charlotte/Charles/A is back for the final season of the "Pretty Little Liars". "PLL" fans last saw Cece Drake terrorizing the "Pretty Little Liars" ladies as A.

Vanessa Ray, the actress playing Cece Drake in "Pretty Little Liars" has confirmed she's back on set. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the "PLL" actress has said, "I was back in the last episode and had a really heartbreaking time".

It's not sure how "Pretty Little Liars" character Cece Drake comes back from the dead as "PLL" season 7 kicks off with Cece Drake's murder. Due to Cece Drake's murder, the "Pretty Little Liars" ladies are then again terrorized and blackmailed by another A, dubbed by most as, Uber A. Some theories suggest that Cece Drake is not dead and has been Uber A all along!

On the other hand, the "Pretty Little Liars" actress Vanessa Ray, could just be back on set to shoot for flashbacks for "PLL" season 7. But it would be cool too if Cece Drake was just faking her death and though she might not be Uber A, she could be helping Uber A in making life hell for the "Pretty Little Liars" ladies.

Another new face is coming to Rosewood on "Pretty Little Liars" season 7. Actress Ava Allan has been cast to play "PLL" character, Addison as reported by Deadline. Addison is a bully, manipulative, entitled high schooler which sounds eerily like to Alison DiLaurentis. The casting of this new "PLL" character and her similarities to Alison has fans jumping to conclusions that a "Pretty Little Liars" spin-off is in the works. The "Pretty Little Liars" spin-off is rumored to use the new "PLL" character, Addison to jump start the story for the spin-off.

Freeform is known for doing spin-offs of its popular shows like "Pretty Little Liars" short-lived spin-off "Ravenswood". But with Marlene I. King replacing "Pretty Little Liars" with "Almost Famous" starring Bella Thorne, who knows if the "Pretty Little Liars" spin-off rumors are true.
