'Scream Queens' Season 2 Air Date, Cast, News & Update: Emma Roberts Retires Chanel Oberlin With THIS Ritual? Chad Radwell Returning! [SPOILERS]

"Screams Queens" Season 2 from creator Ryan Murphy is drawing to a close with the finale, "Drain The Swamp," and star Emma Roberts retired Chanel Oberlin with a hair ritual. However, is this recent switch from Chanel Oberlin a final retirement by Emma Roberts of her FOX series alter-ego? Before speculations on Season 3 begins, Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) will apparently return in the Season 2 finale.

As become a habit for the FOX series star, filming start and production end are marked with changes to and from her trademark Chanel Oberlin style. Teen Vogue cites that Emma Roberts signalled the end of "Scream Queens" Season 2 by changing the long, blonde hairstyle she wears for Chanel Oberlin. At the moment, Emma Roberts looks more like Emma Roberts rather than her FOX series character.

However, with weaker ratings in Season 2, one wonders if Chanel Oberlin will resurface for a Season 3? The more immediate business would be if Chanel Oberlin and Chanels 3 (Billie Lourd) and 5 (Abigail Breslin) along with Zayday Williams (Keke Palmer) would even survive "Scream Queens" Season 2. Despite the dark humor that makes the theme go down the throat more easily for fans of the FOX series, the Ryan Murphy creation has no hesitation in killing off fan favorites - even if said favorites may be a Chanel or one the Chanel eye candies.

Chanel Number Two (Ariana Grande), was killed off as early as Episode 2 in Season 1. Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) made a shocking exit on the day of his wedding to Chanel Oberlin in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 3. Fiesty FBI agent Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash) is in cryo-sleep in the C.U.R.E. basement after a skirmish with the Green Meanie.

However, fans who continue to mourn for Chad Radwell and the love he almost had with Chanel Oberlin will have reason to rejoice. IMDb posts that Chad Radwell will in fact make an appearance in the "Scream Queens" Season 2 finale. Whether the Dicky Dollar hunk miraculously returns from the dead or appears in a flashback will yet be revealed by "Drain The Swamp."
