Homeschooling: 20 Tweets on Parents' Struggle and Appreciation of Teachers

Due to the ongoing global health crisis, schools have no choice but to close. Children are staying in their homes with their parents to practice social distancing. While some schools are starting to reopen, some others have no plans of opening anytime soon.

With this, parents started homeschooling their children. Without any warning, moms and dads are now reviewing the lessons that they learned decades ago so that they could share them with their little ones. Even so, the children's ways are different from previous learning styles, so parents have to adjust to them.

Apart from the usual teaching method, parents have to adapt to the new normal. They have to make use of gadgets for ebooks and other learning materials to make their children engage more with homeschooling. In this regard, parents appreciate teachers more because they know that handling children and preparing lesson plans to teach the little ones requires so much hard work.

Many parents shared their insights and respect to the teachers on their Twitter accounts and hoped that school teachers would get the parents' message. Some others also tweet messages to parents who now have gained more respect for teachers because they experienced the hardships that these educators do.

Here are some screenshots of people who are now doing teacher duties to their children.
