The now-viral video was uploaded by basketball player Rex Chapman on his Twitter account. He said in his post, "This daddy and his baby girl is exactly what I needed today (sic)."

In the 40-second video, the little girl is first seen struggling to pick up the weights. It was as if she was trying to concentrate with what she was doing until her father sees her.

After a few tries, she was able to lift the weights a little. Some seconds later, her dad comes near the young girl and starts to encourage her.
