10-Year-Old Boy Puts up Christmas Lights to Cheer Up Mom [Watch Her Reaction on TikTok]

A ten-year-old boy puts up Christmas lights for his mom who was upset they have not done this year. The heartwarming gesture of the son had strangers beaming with pride that his mom raised him right.

TikTok user @sbraswellbr posted a clip of what her son has made for her. The video has already garnered thousands of views because the young boy's sweet action touched people.

To mom's surprise

The proud mom added a caption on the clip that explained why her son put up the light display. She said that her ten-year-old son knew that she was upset because they have not set up the lights yet.

Her son wanted to surprise her, so he did it himself. In the clip, you could hear the boy shouting "let the show begin." Then, you would see an impressive lights display together with a piece of music.

Everyone was too busy

It was obvious how the surprise had made the mom happy. In the background, you could hear her gasping as she got amazed by the expansive display. The gleeful mom posted a follow-up video explaining why her son put the lights up. She said that they have been busy, so they had no time to set up the lights.

She explained that her dad goes crazy for Christmas, which she also loves. She also loves seeing Christmas lights all hung up in their home. The mom shared that they were busy with their four children, and all the craziness that life has brought them. Because of the limited time, the family could not put the lights on display, so she was upset.

Upset and cried

Thankfully, her doting son wanted to make her happy, so he continued their tradition. The mom said that she had so much to do that day, and it was raining. She was upset to the point that it made her cry. Little did she know, her son was behind her back organizing the display.

Thousands of viewers were overwhelmed with the doting son did. Strangers shared their thoughts by posting their comments on the video clip. One commenter wrote that the boy would grow up to become a wonderful human being someday.
