4. Stretching

Stretches can ease the muscle tension that causes pain. It is advisable that you stretch two times a day for 20 minutes. You can hold the stretch for five seconds, calm down for five seconds and repeat the stretch for five times.

5. Massage

Massage can help relieve your headache pains temporarily. Try rubbing your head, neck, temples, shoulder and back. If you do this regularly, migraine can be prevented. You will also have a better sleep.
