Chris Brown Caught in Another Assault and Battery Lawsuit

Singer Chris Brown is caught in another lawsuit after he allegedly assaulted his former manager. He was sued by his ex-manager for battery and assault.

News broke out that Chris Brown allegedly beat his former manager, Michael Guirguis, who is known as Mike G. his ex-manager is under Nitevision Management. According to E! they were able to gather court documents involving Chris Brown's lawsuit.

It was mentioned that he was high on drugs when he did the assault. Mike G. claimed that Chris Brown allegedly brutally attacked him before heading to his European tour. He was punch four times which damaged his face and his neck. The injury was severe that he was brought to the emergency room.

It was then mentioned that Chris Brown even took on social media to brag about the beating. His ex-manager claimed that he was the one who took care and fix his reputation after he pleaded guilty back in 2009 for beating his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna.

The singer then posted his side on social media. Chris Brown mentioned that he fired his manager after he stole money from him.

"I fired them because they're stealing money," Chris Brown said. "You're stealing money pal, so you're mad because you're no longer existent...God Bless you. Wish you the best of luck."

But his rebuttal landed him another complaint as it was labelled untrue. Mike G's lawyer stated that they'll file defamation.

"We saw Chris Brown's response [to the complaint Mike G filed] that he posted on social media," Patty Glaser told E! News. "[Chris] said he claims he fired Mike G. because he stole from him. That is unequivocally untrue and shameful and we will be amending our complaint to allege defamation."Chris Brown already has records when it comes to assault as he previously battered Rihanna.

According to Mental Health, there are several causes as to why an individual result to sexual and physical assault. Though their motives may not be clear, it is often linked to mental health disorders and issues.
