The Surface Pro 5 may soon be released on October 26 during the Windows 10 event that will happen in New York. The launch will also come together with other new products from Microsoft that will include a new desktop Surface.

While Microsoft has not yet confirmed on when the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5 would be released but it is certain that Microsoft would probably include the release of a Surface 4, Surface Book 2 or a possible rival to the iMac.

Photos regarding the release of the Surface Pro 4 also emerged with 2016 and a lot of boxes for 2017. This could mean that the October 26 event may release a couple of new devices but the Surface Pro 5 would come next year.

While there is still a possibility that the Surface Pro 5 would be released this month, the possibility may still be slim because the upcoming Surface Pro would carry a Kaby Lake processor which s also set for a release on the first quarter of 2017, according to a previous report from Parent Herald. The possibility for the release on October 26 is still slim as most analysts are indicating a spring or summer release for the Surface Pro 5.

While there are a lot of good laptops and tablets to choose from and fans could just purchase the Surface Pro 4, fans are asking if the laptop is worth the wait. If consumers are in a hurry, they can definitely purchase the Surface Pro 4 but with the great specs given for the Surface Pro 5, this could be a game changer for most consumers.

Besides from the new processor Kaby Lake, the Surface Pro 5 will have a USB-C port just like the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016. It will also come with a 2k and 4 models. It will also have a more advanced Surface Pen that can charge wirelessly with attached to the tablet, PC Advisor reported.
