'Justice League' Release Date, Teaser, Spoilers & News: Cast Celebrate Filming Wrap Up; Top Plot Details Revealed!

Zack Snyder's "Justice League" is finally done with filming and some of the cast and crew celebrated the milestone with a wrap party befitting of superheroes. Led by Ben Affleck (Batman) and Jason Momoa (Aquaman), the party was filled with plenty of booze and Momoa shared some of the photos of the fun on his social media.

Jason Momoa posted a photo of himself with Ben Affleck during the "Justice League" wrap party on his Instagram. He also had a photo with the movie's director Zack Snyder and several photos with some of the people he's worked with.

Gizmodo cites that it seems Jason Momoa had the best time at the wrap party for "Justice League." The Mary Sue notes that principal photography for the movie was actually finished in early October. However, some of the actors, including Jason Momoa, had to return to Iceland to shoot additional scenes.

"Justice League" is expected in theaters on November 2017. Apart from Affleck and Momoa, the film also stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash and Ray Fisher as Cyborg. These characters have been hinted in the "Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" (BvS) movie that premiered last March.

Meanwhile, it's still unclear if Henry Cavill's Superman will figure in the upcoming "Justice League" film given that he died in BvS. But The Hollywood Reporter cites that the actor teased his new Superman costume a few months ago. It also hints of the story of "The Death and Return of Superman" from the comic book series published in the '90s.

Den of Geek reports that the "Justice League" villain will be Steppenwolf, who could pave the way for another villain, Darkseid, in the next installment as "Justice League" is first of two movies. "I think inherently when you start to talk about [this] and a bad guy that would justify the Justice League... I think you have to have a good threat that's fun and kind of crazy," Snyder said of the choice for villain in the new film. Keep checking back to this site for more updates!
