Jason Segel Hinted A Possible 'How I Met Your Mother' Reunion And Fans Are Eager To Know What's Next

Jason Segel shook the internet after hinting a possible "How I Met Your Mother" reunion. Jason Segel hinted that he'd be readily available to the "HIMYM" creators would call for a reunion.

Jason Segel dished out the possibility of having a How I Met Your Mother" reunion. During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Segel stated that he's down for an "HIMYM" reunion. Segel, who played the role of Lily's husband, Marshall Eriksen, stated that he would be leaving the series' revival to the experts.

 "I'd be around for whatever [the creators] wanted to do," Segel stated during an interview with THR at the Austin Fim Festival. "[HIMYM] changed my life.One of the great things about my relationship to that show is I never got involved in the writing, I just tried to execute what these brilliant writers did, so I would leave [the revival] to them, as usual."

There are no updates yet in regards to the possible reunion of "HIMYM." The well-loved series has been rumored for reboot numerous times, as "How I Met You Mother" was also speculated to make a comeback on 2015. The sitcom which aired in 2005 and ended in 2014 is said to be one of the most popular TV shows that aired.

"HIMYM" was already set for a reboot last year as the makers Craig Thomas and Carter Bays are said to make a major comeback. Deadline previously released an exclusive report where it was mentioned that Thomas and Bays managed to close the deal with Sony. It was then added that Thomas and Bays are said to develop a new series.

Year after year, rumors of "How I Met Your Mother" reunion would make it to the headlines. Fans may be eager to see the rest of the cast but there are no solid updates that were given in regards to the sitcom's return up to this date.
