Can Nadia Sawalha’s 'Little Black Dress Diet' Really Help Dieters Get Toned And Fit?

Want to look sexier and toned in Christmas party gatherings? Get Nadia Sawalha's latest published book entitled, "Little Black Dress Diet."

Inspired by her favorite little black dress, food columnist Nadia Sawalha has published her latest diet book entitled "Little Black Dress Diet," which contains healthy and super simple meals that will not leave the dieters hungry. The goal of the diet is to fit back the dieters into their favorite Christmas party outfits in just three weeks.

"My recipes are very simple," Nadia told Mirror. She added that she is no match to Candice Brown, the winner of 2016 Great British Bake Off, however, basically if the readers can read her books then they can cook whatever in them.

Healthy recipes, which are very easy and simple to prepare are included in the book. Most of the recipes included are healthy and tasty versions of daily favorites such as chips, burger, banana bread and fry-ups. For breakfast, dieter can choose from skinny juice, fry-up and banana bread.

Fry-up includes healthy ingredients like diced potatoes, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, eggs, sea salt, button mushrooms and fresh ground black pepper. Her amazing banana bread is made up of nourishing ingredients such as banana, egg whites, coconut, sunflower or olive oil, plain flour, Greek yogurt, pumpkin seed and baking powder.

The skinny juice is made out of fresh vegetables like cucumber, ginger, parsley and spinach. Nadia even shared that it is her skinny juice which makes her feel thin.

However this diet has no desserts or booze or even just an odd slight one. Dieters were suggested to drink a lot of water to boost metabolism.

Also included in her book was Red Carpet diet which is a 3-day emergency diet that she claims must not be utilized for longer times. Nadia shared that this diet is great for shedding weights before a holiday event or for starting a diet when seeing output results is all-important.

Besides healthy diet, Nadia suggests her reader to do some exercise daily to get toned and fit. Some of her suggestions were walking, playing tennis, dancing, and going to a gym.
