PlayStation Exclusives: 'Spiderman PS4,' 'God of War' And 'Horizon Zero Dawn' In Real Life Action In 'The King' Trailer

The new PlayStation's "The King" commercial showcased some of the upcoming exclusives coming to the console. It features "Spiderman PS4," "God of War" and "Horizon Zero Dawn's" protagonists in real life action.

"The King" commercial of PlayStation looks amazing and just like the previous commercial, it showcased the upcoming game protagonists interacting with the player, which was represented by the king in this presentation. Playing in the background is Eurythmic's 1983 hit song "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" presented in its choral version.

The two-minute PS4 commercial showcased an accomplished king situated in his castle who after all of his achievements still feel that something is missing. The king carries with him that blank stare as he goes through his daily activities and dreams of his previous conquest during his time of slumber.

The king then without second thought performed a daring act of disappearing in the middle of a banquet making his way beyond the confines of his own castle. Meanwhile, one his loyal subject with a torch in hand waits patiently for his arrival, with him is the king's steed, armor, and sword. As the king rode his majestic animal across the open field, he is then joined by his knights and together they ventured to seek glory once more.

PlayStation's "The King" commercial is somewhat kind of representation of PlayStation's stand in the gaming industry. It shows that the company will not settle for the ordinary and will not rest in its quest for greatness. The console's slogan "Greatness Awaits" is their way of assuring the gaming community that they are always a part of the company's journey towards excellence. The commercial also shows the stability of its future in creating the some of the greatest simulated playgrounds designed to stimulate the human imagination to ignite and bring out that greatness that lays dormant on each individual.
