Jeremy Lin News & Updates: Brooklyn Nets Star Guard Re-evaluation; Is Lin Out Of The Game Until Next Year?

The Brooklyn Nets star guard can only watch from the bench as his team continues to lose over again and again. Due to his absence in the last six games and an upcoming re-evaluation, rumor has it he won't be playing until next year.

According to ESPN, Brooklyn Nets Jeremy Lin had suffered a hamstring injury last November 2, during a 109-101 victory over the Detroit Pistons. Jeremy Lin took attained the injury when he took a long step in transition and planted on his left foot after playing for only 16 min into the game. According to the report, Brooklyn Nets star guard felt a tweak in his hamstring and barely can move his leg.

Brooklyn Nets star guard Jeremy Lin has avoided any possible long absence for the team. Reports say that he was really disappointed as this was his best career season, by far. Brooklyn Nets star guard Lin has an average score of 15.0 points, 6.2 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.4 steals across 26.8 minutes per game in the Brooklyn Nets first five games.

GameNGuide reported that the Brooklyn Nets have also been playing without Greivis Vasquez who suffered an ankle injury and Randy Foye who also have a hamstring injury. Both of them have only played five games with the Brooklyn Nets so far in this season.

Lopez on the other hand just came out from a back-to-back multiple concussion last Saturday against the Suns. The Brooklyn Nets decided to cancel their practice on Sunday and set Lopez for another 2-day rest before their heavy game against the Lakers and OKC.
