NBA Latest Trade Rumors: Boston Celtics Interested in Trading With Milwaukee Bucks For Greg Monroe; Jason Kidd Doesn't Need The Bucks Trio?

NBA latest trade rumors have continued in Boston Celtics as a hot potato in the last few weeks. The rumors this time are about Boston Celtics raising interest in a trade with Milwaukee Bucks for their Bucks trio member Greg Monroe. Jason Kidd told the media lately that the Bucks don't need to depend on the trio anymore.

Sports Rageous reported that Milwaukee Bucks are trying to get rid of Greg Monroe as the Bucks are moving away from their three-center system. Milwaukee Bucks management suggests that by trading Greg Monroe to the Boston Celtics, they could probably have Amir Johnson, Jonas Jerebko, and James Young for exchange.

Milwaukee Bucks head Coach Jason Kidd believes in Monroe's capabilities and experience. But Monroe did not seem to fit with the Bucks' new system. According to ESPN reports, another signal that heated about the trade is when Jason Kidd named John Henson as the Buck's starting center over Miles Plumlee and did not even let Greg Monroe be part of the squad.

"I want the best for all our three players, but they just can't get into a rhythm. They get a little frustrated with the short amount of time, so we looked at something different," said Jason Kidd.

However, Morning Ledger said that it was never about Milwaukee Bucks having trouble with Greg Monroe. In fact, Greg Monroe has terrific footwork as a post player, shot 52 percent overall from the field, and doesn't have any major injuries that would give the Bucks a headache. But the Milwaukee Bucks sees him as a talented but replaceable player. Greg Monroe has an old school style and with Milwaukee Bucks are embracing the new era of NBA, which left Monroe out.

Boston Celtics can consider the trade as an attractive deal since they are looking to acquire another remarkable player. Greg Monroe looks to be a good fit for the Celtics, especially with Al Horford.

Greg Monroe was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in the 2010 NBA draft as the seventh overall pick. Greg Monroe was named Big East Rookie of the Year in 2009 and became the last Pistons player to wear the #10 jersey after it was retired a number for Dennis Rodman.
