'Humans' Season 2 Returns On AMC! Season 1 Marathon To Show This December [SPOILERS]

After the Season 1 finale last Aug. 2, 2015, AMC's "Humans" series finally returns to the small screens with Season 2 premiering next year. AMC and movie executives have already announced and revealed the series' poster, release date, and trailer for its US premiere.

Reports have it that the new key art for the forthcoming season of AMC's "Humans" has been created with the tagline "Reboot. Recharge. Rebel." Along with the Season 2 release date and poster revelation, the trailer was also released and can be viewed here.

The sci-fi drama series' season 2 has started airing its first eight episodes in the United Kingdom last October. Meanwhile, in the United States, AMC has announced to premiere its second installment starting Feb. 13, 2017, every 10 p.m.

The TV series "Humans", written by Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley, first aired its first installment in June 2015. As its next season is underway, AMC prepared a treat for all the supporters of the "Humans" series who wish to revive their memory of the series' first season. As a refresher, AMC will start showing episodes of the first installment starting Dec 30, 2016, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Reports have it that "Humans" cast will feature a roster of prominent actors and actresses in the movie industry. According to reports, supporters of the TV series can expect the appearances and comeback of several actors and actresses including but not limited to Sam Palladio, Carrie-Anne Moss, Sonya Cassidy, Marshall Allman, Letitia Wright, and Bella Dayne on the series.

"Humans" Season 2 will have eight episodes to continue Niska's story in the previous season and to introduce Joe and Laura's family dilemma, IGN reported. We can recall that the last episode of "Humans" Season 1 revolved around the character played by Emily Berrington - Niska - who happens to be on the loose and holding the consciousness code. Niska's family has no clue as to her location but are trying to figure out her location.

On the other hand, the upcoming season will focus on Tom Goodman-Hill and Katherine Parkinsons' characters Joe and Laura as they attempt to fix their marriage. Per Deadline the theories of the synths behavior are expected, although unofficial, as it will affect one of the biggest decisions to happen in the series.
