Director Guillermo del Toro Expressed His Frustrations To Konami Again After The Decision To Cancel 'Silent Hills'

Director Guillermo del Toro seemed not to move on. He again criticized the publisher of the canceled game "Silent Hills" that he was working with Hideo Kojima. He posted on Tweeter saying "F**k Konami".

It's Christmas and Director Guillermo del Toro has expressed his dismay with Konami. He posted in Dec. 24, 2016 his message "F**k Konami" and jokingly said that such message is essentially true as it always is.

The recent trailer for Hideo Kojima's "Death Stranding" showed up Director Guillermo del Toro. During The Game Awards this year, the trailer was aired and according to a report in Gamespot, it is described as very weird. The trailer features Director Guillermo del Toro and Hannibal star Mads Mikkelsen.

It is not the first time he tweeted like that. He posted earlier this month containing the same message, "F**k Konami" according to a report in Shack News. Meanwhile, Konami still supports "Silent Hills" and confirmed that it will still be committed to the games new titles though yet unannounced. It further said that it is far in development describing it as still in the embryonic stage.

It is worth noting that it is not the first time Director Guillermo del Toro's video game project has fallen apart. He was also working with an America game developer and publisher THQ for its horror game "Insane", but it was never materialized due partly to the bankruptcy of the company. After he was dismayed twice, he said that he does not want to make his own game again.

Last year, he said that he has proven to be the video game's albatross. He joined THQ but he was still broke. He joined Kojima, but Kojima did not stay in Konami. So, he decided not to be involved in video games again so that he will not destroy the life of anyone else.
